It is the integrated digital platform of the City of Córdoba, designed to unify and simplify the management of municipal requests in one single place. Its goal is to offer a personalized and direct experience between the resident and the city.
Mi Docta allows you to carry out digital requests, track them in real time, and access municipal services from any device, avoiding the use of multiple systems or tools. It is also a tool for citizen participation and active listening to residents.
Citizens can carry out requests 24/7 without traveling to or attending a municipal office, upload documents only once (as long as they remain valid), and track their requests. Additionally, they enjoy a personalized experience. The city anticipates needs by offering each resident useful information for their daily life through reminders and notifications.
The platform includes requests from various municipal areas: from claims to paperwork regarding real estate and vehicles, as well as management in the fields of environment, cadastre, transportation, sports, citizen participation, and access to appointments for requests that, by their nature, require in-person attendance. By the end of 2026, Mi Docta will have 300 digitalized requests.
Starting April 2026, you can download the application (iOS and Android) or log in via the web. Mi Docta uses existing digital identity validation tools to ensure that access is secure and simple from day one.
Yes. Mi Docta has cybersecurity protocols in place that guarantee the protection of personal data.
The project is part of a gradual paperless plan. By 2027, the municipal public administration is expected to eliminate the use of paper, achieving a positive environmental and economic impact. Requests that were previously done on paper remain in effect but have been adapted and optimized so that residents can submit requirements digitally and the city can process them through Mi Docta.
